InformEd School & Community Outreach:
Reaching out, Forging Connections, Moving Forward Together

Long-term, sustainable improvement must be informed by the voices of all stakeholders, including staff, parents, community members, business leaders, and the stakeholders we frequently forget to ask: students.  All have unique perspectives and talents that can and should contribute to school success.

InformEd’s School & Community Outreach process brings together stakeholders, using data as common ground to analyze the schools needs, facilitate constructive dialogue, and generate common goals for moving forward.

 What are the necessary components?

1.         Bring all stakeholders to the table and give them a voice.

2.         Make sure everyone is working with the same information.

3.         Define the goals.

4.         Decide how to reach the goals in a collective fashion.

How is it done?
Two options exist– InformEd Facilitated Outreach and InformEd Supported Outreach.  In each option, components for engaging school stakeholders in the continuous improvement process are present, but the process for facilitating the event differs. InformEd will work with you to determine which option best suits your school’s needs.
